What type of coffee do you roast?

We are a small batch, quality focused coffee roasting operation in Dayton, Ohio. Our coffees are sourced fresh and seasonal from a few amazing import/export companies. Coffees are roasted light to medium as to promote natural sweetness and origin characteristics.

How often do you roast? When are coffees shipped?

Roasting is done early each week and shipped by Wednesdays. Wholesale orders must be placed by 9:30a on Monday to get shipped that week.

How is the coffee packaged?

All coffees are sold as 10oz (285g) and 5lb, sealed degassing valve bags.
