For the Love of Chaff

It all began with a small coffee bar called Press. We opened Press in 2011 to showcase exceptional coffee roasters from around the world. Before long we purchased a small batch roaster and began experimenting with the potential of green coffee seeds. In 2014 we upgraded to a 12 Kilo Probat - a dream come true.

Every day we strive to expand our knowledge and improve our technique highlighting each coffee’s sweetness and unique origin characteristics.

  1. Maintain close, long-term relationships with green coffee providers.

  2. Promote origin characteristics and sweetness through roast development.

  3. Keep it simple and have fun.
